Halifax Titanic & Fisherman’s Cove Tour

History, Harbour Views, and Coastal Charm

Halifax is a city shaped by the sea, rich in maritime history and stories that stretch back centuries. This private Halifax tour combines the city’s most important historic sites with a visit to the charming coastal village of Fisherman’s Cove.

Discover Halifax’s connection to the tragic sinking of the Titanic, explore historic  areas, and enjoy a relaxing visit to one of Nova Scotia’s most picturesque seaside communities.

This tour offers a wonderful introduction to Halifax and the surrounding coastline, blending history, culture, and scenic coastal views.

What the Day Feels Like

Your tour begins with pickup in Halifax or Dartmouth before exploring some of the city’s most significant historical locations.

From there we continue through the historic areas of Halifax, where stories of the harbour, the city’s military past, and its maritime traditions come to life.

The tour then travels across the harbour to the coastal village of Fisherman’s Cove in Eastern Passage. This restored heritage fishing village offers colourful shops, ocean views, and a relaxing seaside atmosphere. It is a wonderful place to stroll along the boardwalk and experience a quieter side of Nova Scotia’s coast.

Because this is a private tour, the pace is relaxed and flexible, allowing time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and explore at your own comfort level.

Note: Many of the Shops of Fisherman's Cove go to reduced hours in early October.  For more information please visit their website.
